Twelve years ago, on a crisp September day, what started as a fun entry into a local BBQ competition turned into something unforgettable—we took home 1st place in ribs on our very first try! That win sparked a passion that has only grown stronger.
Since then, we’ve built a competition BBQ team that’s traveled across the state, earning awards in every category and proudly claiming the title of Grand Champion six times. At every event, people ask the same question: “Where’s your restaurant? Do you cater?” Until now, our answer has always been, “This is just our hobby.”
